Show Gratitude

Show gratitude for all things good, not just at Thanksgiving, but daily all good people should thank God they are living. Even suffering pain, pray again and again that sweet peace you may gain. Very nicely said, my friend. God gave us each the chance we needed, though the deck may seem stacked in favor of some and against others, from the get-go. Our duty is to ourselves and others equally. No one gets to heaven before anyone else. If the world left behind when we leave is still in agony, our souls are yet not clear of the earth and its suffering.

oh please don't say that, Joe. I can't stand the thought that my weird conditions I have will still be with me in the next life. And I think those who die will escape a horrible future that is coming (although we will be sorrowing from on high to see what becomes of our loved ones)

Great advice, Andrea. Much serenity emanates from words of gratitude. A worthy hymn on life.

Reads like a prayer Andrea, and we should show it daily because there are many worse off than us.. Tom
