She's a Story Untold, Till Now

Tonight, instead of sleeping, I'll be caught up thinking of her. Her dark long hair, her smooth eyes, and her beautiful laugh. When she tells stories, it's so beautiful to watch her light up with excitement. When night falls an the sun comes up, my heart is still holding her. Kisses would fill those lips just to see her drowsy smile. Tonight, it's possible the past will become another story I wont ever let go. I had a friend whose lies turned into mine, my sins weren't her thing, an my bad habits were getting under her skin, but guess she forgot, her home was under my skin. There's so many nights I want to erase the times I cried so much, became sick to my stomach, an my head spun like I got off a roller coaster. I lied in bed thinking I had a friend who wasn't like the rest, but I ended up cursing her name in so many bad ways. Maybe it would be easy for others to grant her forgiveness, but not me. She lied an pushed me out with her cruel intentions. Tonight, I've got a woman stealing my heart like a thief in the night, but each day, she's giving so much of hers. At night, she's taking over me like acid. It's never too much of hours we spend together, but when she's gone, loneliness wants to play. It breaks me apart that I've got no one to call home, but there comes night I miss that friend of 2004 desperately despite what she did. At night, I don't want her back.

Thank you so much Eric :) and yes, that's definitely an act that I love :) I couldn't agree more with you. There's some acts that just, sometimes, aren't too forgiving.
