On a sunny day When we go strolling We see our shadows It follows us Wherever we go So when out walking with or without sun Our shadows come Going where we go Always with us Everything has shadows Shadows are around us Next time its sunny You will see shadows Of different visions

Nicely done, Darlene. Did you read the nursery rhyme about your shadow following you? My mom read that to me when I was young and this made me think of it.

Fascinating point you've made about shadows existing only when there's sunlight. Never thought about it. (Perhaps that's why "night shadows" are so spooky. There's nowhere near as much substance to them). :) gw
