Sensuous
By this bus stop
A posture grips,
Soft drizzle drops
This waiting trip.
Rain fresh and wet
Cools the hot heat,
I stake my bets
For late bus beat.
Strange faces wait
For quite some time,
Cellphones now state
Such curious chimes.
Humid yet wet
The brief cool rain,
Abrupt lost set
Sun once again.
Skin feels heat waves
That rain more hot,
Shade cannot save
Our sweating lot.
Sensuous mood swings
Here on parade;
Grimace now strings
Our charade.
