Left with moods you cant explain, i think that line can resonate with so many, at some point we all do go through that and feel that way too. Rain some find joy in that, while i find rain melancholic, and i love how you’ve written “ Raindrops grasp my skin, a slight touch As I succumb to the earth's clutch“ how descriptive and how youv rhymed there is brilliant! I absolutely love that! You can nail any form and theme just effortlessly! Pleasure reading this!

I'm not familiar with this form of poetry. Your poem, however, inspired me to examine the possibilities with some of the poems floating around in my head. I'm intrigued with how weather can impact moods...or bring them out...your poem did so magnificently yet subtly. We had thunderstorms and freezing rain today...when it 'waned,' I was left with moods I couldn't explain--as if I was sad the storm had subsided. Maybe I was already a bit melancholy and the weather just brought that out. Faving
