Seeking God Beyond the Temple Walls
In childhood's innocence, sought God's grace,
In temples hallowed, filled with sacred space,
On father's shoulders, I'd ride so high,
Believing God was in the distant sky.
But now I've grown, and wisdom's light has shone, Revealing truths that once were unknown.
The true God dwells not in temples afar,
But in the hearts of those who love and care.
In father's presence, I found my guide,
His love and strength, a constant tide,
He taught me kindness, compassion's art,
And etched God's essence deep within my heart.
No longer seeking in distant shrines,
I find divinity in life's entwined vines,
In father's smile, in mother's embrace,
In every act of love and grace.
So let me chant the name of the God that I've found,
Not in temples grand, but on hallowed ground,
In father's arms, in mother's gaze,
In human love, God's radiant blaze.
