Seeing Deep Pain, In Watering Blue Eyes

Seeing Deep Pain, In Watering Blue Eyes I was not brave, I did not dare to ask why she cried, hid behind her weeping mask Seeing deep pain, in watering blue eyes matching rainfall from dark, cloudy skies I had not courage, to find out her plight nor wisdom -to see evil in plain sight Her shattered heart, crushed by a cruel fiend she now lost, nobody dare intervene If we had met before deep heartbreak struck I would now hold her and thank my good luck There she sat, crying outside that June dance to broken to give her NEW LOVE a chance Then she saw me and gave a tiny smile Courage came, I crossed that last fearful mile R.
