A soul that has taken flight again. Strength in weakness embraced, beautiful no longer looking at it as a sad write ;) *hugs*

Doesn't often work out that way? Hope you are having a nice autumn - the last gasp untit the "anvil" of winter comes in. Yours Matthew Anish

oh! my Nikko, this is very sad, i have a thing in my life that follows me and it is that anvil.. Gosh,, i wish it was a pillow, and not the anvil. I feel for every true meaning of a happy smile, there is an anvil ready to be droped. sometimes i think God does not like me at all..LOL. and i'm to old to think that, but it happens a lot. my heart always drowned in sorrow. Enjoyed your poem. I do pray for that anvil to be lifted. From your soal and mine. Have a nice one,..p.d.

Don't let him do it again, Nikko. Protect your kind heart from people who want to hurt you. A very touching poem. Diane

They say "the first cut is the deepest," but that's not always the case. It's easy to forgive the first offense, but when someone causes pain repeatedly, thoughts of forgiveness are harder to grasp. Amazingly powerful double senryu with quite a moving important message. Love, Carolyn
