Screen Awareness
Listen to poem:
Aware of consciousness,
I know that I know.
I know less now.
I care less.
I need less.
I miss less.
I want for less.
I'm satisfied with,
what's here and now.
Not what might have been,
Not what might be yet to become.
Just being here, and being there suffices.
What I know now, suffices.
I know that I know.
I know what I know.
I know awareness.
