Scented Leaves
under a cold november sun
i like to slowly drag my feet
kicking up dried lifeless leaves
to hear their crispy crunch
and scatter brazen colours
stir the smells of autumn
bring back tender memories
the scent of fallen leaves
and scattered dreams
