Saw the Ducks Today

saw the ducks today waddling, single file, no masks, nothing social about their distancing watched a toddler and a frog shaking muddy hands smiling as if to say "friggit" it's summer observed an old man fencing with his cane parrying with the crosswalk signal button caught a glimpse of a frustrated youngster attempting to resolve the ice cream cone vs mask conundrum smiled an unseen smile muttered a muffled cuss word tossed a stone into the pond ripples radiating outward six feet apart.... John, your insight is wonderful on so many levels! Trying to stay safe and still enjoy life is a challenge these days. The imagery you offer a reader is so true-to-life. I saw everything through your eyes.
