Everyone in the small town had all gather in the park.
The children were all happy, it was finally getting dark.
This was the night in which Santa should appear.
No clouds remaining, so the sky was crystal clear.
The treats on the tables, the children having fun.
Decorated cookies, each child had gotten one.
They all got excited when no longer was a sun.
The prizes were given for each game was done.
One child asks his father, “are you sure it’s today?”
“Yes, he replied, Santa’s coming this way.”
The children climbed up to sit on bales of hay,
Then an excited child yelled, “Look up, is that a sleigh?”
The children all together said, “it’s Santa up there.”
They each turned their head and began to stare.
The sleigh was being pulled by eight reindeer,
Santa shouted a greeting, loud and clear.
“I heard all your wishes that were whispered in my ear,
The time for your presents is getting near.
Until Christmas day, this is all you will hear,
Merry Christmas to all, and a Happy New Year!"
