Sailing

I have never been sailing in the sea I’ve thought of it often, a dream to be Peaceful movement in vast water so free A beautiful skyline, with breeze on me Everything else is left on the shore Behind in a soft journey to explore Sail, sail away, peaceful current that flows Calm silence resides in what water knows Heidi Sands 7/23/22 Placed 3rd in the Sailing Poetry Contest. Hello Heidi, i have been on a sailboat once. I enjoyed sailing on a sail boat. It was along the Geoggeain Bay in Wiarton. Hugs.

Your "Sailing" is a wonderful write. You should try it. It is something you either love or hate. I love it. When I was a kid, my dad took me fishing on his friends boats. I loved it. I always wanted a boat but toooooo much money to buy and keep up. Have a blessed weekend..............
