Sad Dizain
A taste of sandness
Why have you come to this lonely old place?
What compelled you to take the long journey?
Try not to hide behind that pretend face.
When you left you were in such a hurry.
Sit down and eat from this bowl of curry.
The meal I've prepared it has no sweetness.
It's been flavoured by years of bitterness
Eat every morsel, absorb my heart's pain!
Maybe then I can offer forgiveness.
Yet nothing will ever remove this stain!
