I really do not understand when leaders abandon roundtable discussion to wage senseless wars instead! After death and devastation, roundtable discussion still emerges as the best answer to conflict among us. So, the sabre-rattling by the Kremlin is only senseless. Those at the Kremlin would rather Sober-Rattle at a roundtable discussion with Kiev and all those concerned. It is unfortunate that we are hearing these sabre rattlings any away. Otherwise, wars are old-fashioned.
