Rotten Relationship

Dan was having a passionate affair
told his wife he’s going to leave her
She said she’d never give him a divorce….
he thwacked her with a meat cleaver

He told their kids mum had gone away
but in truth it was a heinous lie
He’d buried her in the allotment
poor Sue did not deserve to die

Years flew by and she’d not been seen
in time her body would decompose
Her violent husband tends the plot
marking her grave with a rambling rose.
