Rise up from drought stricken earth Where gusts of wind swirl on the horizon Calling to the mirage “Bring the shadowy coolness of darkness” Satisfy the unquenchable thirst While the red and blue of day Becomes the black and white of night Wet the plains with the knowledge That tomorrow …The cycle begins again
