Resolute Integrity

Take faith away from me, if you wish, take air away, but do not take from me your trust. Do not take away the beacon, the guiding light that you hold, the conviction that suddenly bursts forth in honor, the unwavering resolve of silver found in you. My duty is demanding, and I return with eyes weary at times from having seen the unyielding path, but when your trust is given it soars to great heights, guiding me, and it unlocks for me all the doors of integrity. My commitment, in the darkest hour your trust shines, and if suddenly you see my dedication etched in the tasks of our mission, trust, because your faith will be for my actions like a steadfast guide. Next to the challenges in the office, your trust must be a steady source of support, and in the journey of our work, boss, I want your trust like the compass I was waiting for, the unwavering guide, the anchor of our shared principles. Trust in the difficulties, in the victories, in the mission, trust in the winding paths of our endeavour, trust in this dedicated the officer who serves you, but when I will fulfill my duties and complete them, when my steps go, when my steps return, withhold from me promotion, praise, recognition, reward, but never your trust, for I would stand resolute.
