Remembering the Games of Old

Video games are so fun Brightening days like the sun Every day you can escape In a world with a big ape Throwing barrels feet and inches As your try'na save the princess A yellow man and all his friends Gobble ghosts up in the end Along with a pink pretty miss But they never got to kiss Yoshi and pal Mario Collect mushrooms as they grow Special ones help them to fly Above water--they wont die There's something for everyone Teens, old, even the young Can play in a world of wonder Imagination sparks like thunder

You have described some of the second generation of video games very well in this write. I could never be beaten at a game called "Q-bert". I once played for eight hours on one quarter before giving it to somebody else. I amassed over four million points and over two hundred extra q-berts in the time I played.
