Remember the Day
Remember the day
Remember the day,
back
when we were young
and on our own
Carefree was the way,
restless hearts
who sang the
very
same songs
Hung up
on our
youthful desires
Adding fuel
creating fires
When desperate
ambition inspired
Remember the day,
when
we thought we were
invincible
but now the truth
is oh so clear
we were foolish
and invisible
oh yeah!
It's been a long, long, time,
my life,
has passed me by
my hopes and dreams
all fade away
I'll save what's left
for another day
Chorus
Tomorrow is a better day
Tomorrow is not far away
Just a turning world away
Hope it's not another rainy day
Hope it's not...
Chorus repeat
