Remember
I remember most fondly
You and I
Our summer evenings
Moonlit and serene
Together by the lake
Blissfully in love
And without a word
listening to the waves
Endlessly caress the shore
Just a candle to light our tent
And not having a care in the world
Talking till the wee hours
And laughing at our silly stories
I remember you
I remember us
