The word planet means wanderer in Greek,
Venus being the brightest of them all,
In the Milky Way stars are there to seek,
Pluto was once a planet I recall.
When the Moon is shining none can compare,
It's beauty and grace it captures the night,
She shines for all and for all that is fair,
The war planet Mars gives off a red light.
Zeus is Jupiter for his massive size,
All the planets can fit into his sphere,
Father of the gods and gracefully wise,
Many stars come out on a night that's clear.
So lie next to me and stare up above,
And we can rekindle our starry love.
