Red Hair

Her hair a bright red In the autumn of her life Wind blew through strands shed Soon winter will come with white Coating auburn hair 'pon ground

Hi Sara - Very strong imagery and your use of alliteration gave me a mental pop today. Even though you refer to seasons, I keep thinking that you are describing mother nature. Many thanks for your comment about my poem. - Gail

Winter can blow through our hairs, but we must not let it blow through our hearts. Beautiful poem!
