Sally, what you do here seems amazing to me. I often think about fluttering heartbeats. Some of us can feel different beats and some cannot. It can actually seem disconcerting when anything but regular and even. I find that being happy and calm accomplishes the desired outcome. (Also avoiding coffee). I love how you compared this to a butterfly and one which we still see during the summer. All smiles here!!
