I know the power of a kind word When feeling isolated or alone To know someone is there for you You are no longer on your own Feeling victimised or vulnerable Judged or dismissed Ignored , mistreated Invisible …..like you do not exist The power behind a kind word or gesture Is somewhat underrated It has the strength to move mountains Its human connection and worth understated
