Random Thoughts Try To Conquer Me

Random thoughts are traveling through I do not grasp them Not that they are not mine But because I doubt I will be here long enough to use them Random feelings are trying to conquer me I don’t even care I am not in this body. Not the real me. The real me has already left the building. Someone is calling for me. I shut my eyes, enjoying my earth coffin. Pretending to sleep, as random thoughts clutch at me. Demanding that I open my eyes. I am not caring because my soul self is asleep As random thoughts and feelings crawl over our face, recreating the caul we were born in, so we can Hide from the ones who want to know us. Saving the bits we need to just think. Born in a caul, perpetually striving to get back.
