Rain

Rainfall  from a thatched roof 
cloudbursts of water arriving wet 
flooded streets and rivers 
drench-pours and  raincoats ;

sun showers and liquid sunshine 
streams of water flowing through 
monsoon moments burst of flowers 
heavy dew on a leaf and,    RAIN

Love the rain. It is a time to slow down and appreciate nature. I remember the old tin roof house on a farm long long ago. We told quiet stories in the big hallway atop fresh line dried blankets_ while sipping cocoa or tea and honey. Thanks for the memory!
