Pure Delight
As another day arrives, with snow hugging trees
I am grateful for the spectacular beauty I am granted
The trees are still, my spirit is still, frozen in peace
Winter like any season, can bring natural gifts
I observe things like this and happily accept them
Nothing can harm me in this comforting warmth I feel
As if angels sprinkled pure delight
