Procrastinating Not Procaffinating
PROCRASTINATING NOT PROCAFFINATING
often;
when looking,
and procrastinating,
and hesitating,
and awaiting,
for the next bright idea
to come online;
I am all but reminded,
of what a wise prophet once wrote,
‘look around you
and seek, therefore,
what is there afore
and before you,
it is what you are seeking forth,
in the moment of your truth,
don’t embroider what you write,
and don’t ridicule
with a conjecture of any souls.’
so, when you read *procaffinating
on tissue at your table,
you really have this tendency
not to start anything,
until you’ve had your first real coffee;
at the Coffee Club in Cotton Tree.
