Prayer
And when I pray:
"Thank You" I say.
Feel good each day
As love funds way.
Each day, each place,
I feel warm grace
Light up my face
In time and space.
This much I know:
Joy brings fond glow
As if to show
A surge that flows.
I pray for peace:
That we find ease
In life's short lease
As trials now tease.
Each face I meet
Along life's streets,
I learn to greet
Frame a smile sweet.
Along the way,
I learn to pray
That love each day
Will make zest pay.
Clear feelings site
Words that I write,
I fly a kite
As breeze now cites.
In a sure squeeze,
Fly with the breeze
As ideas tease
Wordplay and lease.
Soul knows the way
To a deep say
As words I pray
Glimpse lovely day.
