I am feeling the deep pain of my loss,
my little pet meant so much;
now, I have emptiness.
My heart is breaking and I need a hug,
but listen, will grief for her;
then, I must let her go.
There will be days when stories I will tell,
of the happy love we shared ;
pray, I can love again.
