Power of the Mind

Often I am content to just think... sitting still and using a mental scatter-gun on my brain – seeing where the pellets go, admiring the splatter pattern, and, most important is what flies back – previously unknown to me. Hello Joe ... most of us have a few skeletons in the cupboard that just won't go away. Reflecting on the past is one way our powerful minds remind us so we can do better now - thank you Joe - Lindsay

You too! Thank you, Lindsay; sound and compassionate advice. I envy those, nearing the end of life, who look back and say, I would not change a thing. I would change much...but, I do realize that there are deeper mysteries involved -- and no one should eat his or her one own heart. That is not something our loving God wants. Blessings my friend!

Hello Joe DiMino, I do not blame you. For some it would be awful to meet the past. Enjoy your evening my friend.

Hello Joe DiMino, For me it would be awful to meet my past. I have put it behind me. Why because it was hurtful. Yesterday is gone. Today is new, Tomorrow begins another day. Tis is how i live my days now. Never looking back. Enjoy your day my friend.

Believe me, I have a lot I am ashamed of, and if given the opportunity would jump at a chance to do over, correcting my wrongs. Blessings my friend.
