exploring power
its uses, its changes and how it evolves
the power of youth
most don’t know its value until well after it’s gone
but to harness it while it is still yours
can bring riches of all kinds
the power of love
this one is the most beautiful
as its expression can manifest incredible works
and feelings nearly beyond description
the power of coin
this one is heady for it can compensate for almost
any physical lacking
the quest to possess it can be overwhelming
it reveals the most vile human characteristics
the power of thought
without the question, the most valuable
for it can change the world
and often does
the power of wisdom
usually acquired from experience
and being willing to listen
the power of gratitude
for everything
