Power

Power Am not alone Cos my spirit is brave My mind is blessed My soul is high I wish they knew Despite the evils arrows towards my life Despite the charms directed to my soul Yet Am still a living legend They can't stop who the universe choose They can't fight the sun I wish they see but they choose an evil force They believe in their evil courage They never give up Yes never for good intention And now am the one They call in the temples of darkness Yet i wish they knew That Am not alone my spirit is brave My mind is blessed My soul is high And I will never fall to their evils charms and Power I see them In my dreams I see them Physically Here they come There they go They are restless Cos my light keeps burning My star is hot God bless my soul Power Suddenly I became a target From the day of my birth Cos my star was obvious I carry the mark of a lion And this was a challenge to their ego My mother prayed she cried Cos she saw the evil arrows towards my soul My father stayed strong despite the shadows of darkness Befallen our heritage Thank God for my life Cos my existence portrays their deformities Oh yes the deformities of the wicked I was born to show the powers of love Cos my soul belong to God My life is a worth full of essences I know my stand In life I prefer my dignity Believe you me truly Am not alone Cos my spirit is brave My mind is blessed My soul is high I wish they know They won't fight my peace Despite their charms Despite my name's on their evil temples The light of God always will Never stop to show all over me it's Power I see them In my dreams I see them Physically Here they come There they go They are restless Cos my light keeps burning My star is hot God bless my soul Note - This poem is about Evils charms in Africa
