I do not thrive
Yet I am here
Once nurtured
Now left to own devices
Viewer of the world as it passes by
I can choose to lean towards the sun
Or wither in the dank dark airless room
I cannot leave
But I can lean towards the sun
Ready to thrive
When I am noticed once again
