Poor White

For Raul's "White Pumpkin" contest. Pale ghost of Autumn, Deep wrinkles on her weathered face... Poor relation of her rubicund cousins, Never chosen for jack-o-lantern ... But inside, where it matters, Her blushing flesh tastes of Summer, Warm, Sweet, Golden Summer.
