Poison Spread

People in the neighbourhood Were having so e problems With unwanted pesky pests A decision was made poison Spread everywhere on their property They spread onto the ground The poison on their lawns When awake in the morn What they found was----- A shock to be seen The bodies of squirrels and chipmunks The bodies spread everywhere seen Piled high onto their lawns Some were on their front lawns Now they had a task to be done How to rid of the pile Dead squirrels and chipmunks This shock was a surpries to all To ki8ll thes creatures So sad to see this scene

I've been dreaming to pet one of them (if I can catch one here) but here they were, poor critters went into the hand of people who don't have any sympathy. Broke my heart. Oh my, such beautiful creatures the squirrels and chipmunks. I love to watch the squirrels scurry around when they are running away from you, or up on the fence as they enjoy the view , but hyper little creatures.
