Poignant

Play once again that haunting tune, Observe and see those ancient themes; Invite old pains to ply these dunes, Glimpse fond beauty in sad sad dreams; Note now the scenes of grandeur past, A cast so odd beyond all craze; Niche in between what cannot last, Thrills we once sought as poise and gaze. Meet in bleak space these hurried grooves, Enact the rush of mad charades; Lure of fond trace of mystic moves, Obtain stray brush of masquerade; Deed follows act in long lost pact, Yes poignant tact in unseen fact.
