Poetry Is My Therapy

In the realm of words, I find solace, where emotions dance, where I embrace. Poetry my therapy, my guiding light, in darkness, it fuses, weaving through the night.
When trials arise and burdens weigh, my pen becomes the antidote to sway. It captures the pain, the sorrows that cling, transforming them into verses that sing.
Each line I pen, a release of my soul, a sanctuary for thoughts untold. The ink, like tears, stains the page, whispering secrets, turning the page.
Through rhythm and rhyme, I find my respite, in the cadence of words, a calming sight. With each verse crafted, wounds start to heal, in the realm of poetry, I truly feel.
When anguish consumes, threatening my sanity, poetry consoles, halting the strain. Through stanzas and verses, I find my way, a haven of solace that holds my sway.
In moments of chaos, when darkness prevails, poetry unveils the strength that never fails. Through metaphors and symbols, my emotions unwind, a tender solace for my troubled mind.
So, I let poetry be my compass, my friend, guiding me towards healing, mending the bend. Through verse and rhythm, I find peace, in this world of words, my soul's release.
