Hi Jacqueline my advice would be to look at the forms on Shadow poetry, they are a lot more accurate than those on soup and they give some excellent examples:-) hugs Jan xx

Hi Ms. Jan, thank you, I'm disabled with paralyzed left arm who walks with the regular cane oh I also have Depression mental illness where can I find this "Shadow Poertry? Can I just google it? I'll try that thank you very much. ~Jac
