Into my world of unknown - I drift One of my favorite places to go Where I often go, to give my heart lift To the place I feel my mind aglow I can share my thoughts, my feelings, my love Telling stories of my life...be it true To show who I really am; thereof To those who don't even have a clue Like the stars above I spread out my world Penning on paper whatever I feel Scrambling words that I twisted and twirled Shuffling my own cards, if time to re-deal I drift - alone, in solitude, just me Into my world of unknown...poetry

This is amazing Charles, and so true, I also lose myself in poetry, in fact I have a somewhat similar write that I am about to post - I am absolutely addicted to writing poetry because of how it makes me feel! Awesome write, hugs, Jennifer.
