Poetry - For Surprise Me Contest

Paintings of word-pictures we can sometimes see; Other times, pure pathos is offered poignantly. Elucidation can be channeled most enchantingly Through a poet’s pen to you and me! Raining thoughts, poets plant them carefully, Yielding the harvest of their soul - their poetry. for Line Gauthier's 'Surprise Me' Contest

Nice acrostic! My poetry professor from the New School - Anna Rabinowitz - wrote a book length acrostic where the first letters form the poem "The Darkling Thrush" by Thomas Hardy. Peace & Love Matthew Anish
