Two O'clock in the holler , look the sun is going down each time I see a possum seems like he has a frown (Hello Doris ) I just got off work , thought i would escape into some poetry tonight. I was thumbing through the pages and I found your dead possum,, WEll actually where I live there is a large population of possums moving about , I think you painted a picture of my neighborhood ..good write..

assaulted by a persimmons? .... great writers say: "a good writer can write of darn near anything", and if you can write about a dead oppossum, dear, you have got it made. . . I really love writes like this. Well done, you brought a much needed smile to my face today! :) thanks, Cindy
