Cleverly done, Paul; and powerful (yet subtle), if this means what I think it does! Kind regards, John.

I'm not sure how I missed this gem Paul. It took me a while pondering over it. I think I got your profound, sad message in the marvellous Haiku. The picture is missing - not sure why. I refreshed several times. Even so your message comes through. ...Maria :)

Thank you for reading and pondering, Maria:) I have reinserted the picture; still wondering why it disappeared in the first place! I've been trying to find out whose work it is, but so far with no success. I have a feeling I had found it on Pinterest. ~ Regards // paul

Thank you, Susan. With posting such haiku I take a gamble, knowing that grasping its meaning could prove to be elusive. // Thank you for your lovely reply; read it about half an hour ago. Glad that sunlight replaces dark clouds:) Warm regards // paul
