Pie Jesu

Let serene tranquility transport me
     To my highest poetic aspirations.
Let me feel the thrill, the chill, the bliss
     When this exquisite operatic song
Encompasses my entire body.
     Let the musical magic sustain in
Echoes of reflective contemplation.

When this music fills my yearning soul
     With Angelic reverberations...
A crescendo of divine harmonies is
     Showered in auditory pleasures
Tending to leave me a bit breathless 
     In awe of hearing heavenly sounds,
Making my heart reel in rhapsodies.

I often listen to it in other languages I have no clue as to the words or some instruments but the sounds move me all the same. Probably like poetry to me in that I don't comprehend meter etc. but I know how a poem's words make me feel.
