Painful-Thought
The painful truth about my heart
My eternal abode of treasure
Where feelings and thoughts brew like wine
And words like a fountain flow
Suddenly became dry like a desert
Making screech noise like a tire that was punctured
The gold in me thrown to swine
And tears like blood begins to flow
Painful truth about my country
The land flowing with oil and brains
Where crop, trees and fruits have brought gains
And children like seeds are nursed
Like magic they are becoming history
Folly, robbery and corruption increased
The more you look the less you see
Darkness covers the land and the leaders glow
Painful thought about the families
Our first and last call for comfort
Where love and bonding should first be taught
And character be pummeled with wisdom
A pity it is now become a farce
Eroding quicker than a sandy road
Mismanaged, neglected pushed back and forth
Has now become a sort of trap
Tears like blood mourns it's death
Painful Thought about the place of worship
Our eternal abode of salvation
Where spirituality and pious ness resides
And divine instructions emanate
Shamefully becomes the den of lions
It devours the innocence of the people
Wallowing in dirts and controversy
Making the almighty a topic of deception
As the pockets and hearts of followers begins to leak
