I'm so sick and tired of police brutality; Incidents after incidents of racist White cops Brutally beating up or killing Yet another Black person, guilty of a crime Or not. Mind you, these incidents still occur All over America, despite well-documented Torture and murder of George Floyd, In broad daylight. A shocking, senseless crime That sparked outrage, condemnation And cavalcade of protests the world over. Yet it's as if it was all in vain! White cops violently targeting Black people Still saturate the media. Will this madness Ever end? The punishment For their obvious felonies is...wait for it... "Paid leave pending an investigation" Huh? What investigation? And why are they still getting paid When they ought to be fired, ASAP? It's an outrage! A beautiful outrageous write on the crime against ethnicity. In the U.S.A in the name of color and in many other countries it has the form of caste, religion etcetera. I am sure writings like this contribute its mite. Thank you for sharing this. Congratulations on your placement.

Congrats on this meaningful write and your win, Edward. I’m not for a quota system that compromises merit but perhaps as a short term measure, it way work if more black cops are employed with white & black paired as partners working together. Also a nonstop video footage made compulsory from their head gear or uniform
