Over the last few years I've made a concerted effort to cultivate lost native vegetation on my farm in Autralia. It's been a slow process, some setbacks, mostly success.

An idea, a plan, becomes something more, Grows into something of worth, That’ll assist in local ecological needs, That’ll assist in protecting our earth, And all it takes is to Google endangered, Plants, shrubs and herbs near this town, Then make an effort to cultivate these things, To cultivate flora that’s found, And simply harvest the seeds that are grown, Continue this hope made with care, Spread the love of life all around, Sort of sharing a life that became rare, Then, in about a year or so time, When you can see all your growth, all your work, Walk amongst the plants all over your land, And know you’re protecting your dirt.

Hey thanks Maureen. yep, the plants are in, out the farm, with the hope of providing habitat for the glider possum population which is dwindling and the mallefowl also, but there are too many foxes for the fowls I fear.
