Our Choice
Our Father told us in this life,
There is hope and faith but the greatest is love.
I look around and it's sad to see all of the strife.
If we choose to look down we tend to miss everything sent from up above,
we run from fear, listen to lies, when the truth is right in front of our face.
But Satin was a holy Angel, and can make lies look like a white dove.
Every morning I pray and ask Christ to be my base,
to walk with me through the day and help with the fight.
To catch me if I trip or stumble, with his never ending grace.
In the end I believe, it will be his face in my sight,
Then joy will overcome me and my tears will start to fall,
I made a choice and trusted him and everything turned out right.
