"only a thought away"

only a thought away
to see you
to hear you
to feel you
still I search

with all memories
never faded
never gone
my eyes see 
my mind feels

as I look around
comfort blankets me
shadowed by essence
of you
of me
of us

with this new way
I'll hold the belief
knowing what I have
knowing what we had

you remain close and
only a thought away
